SHIPPING and ORDER TIMELINE    

 

All Ready to Ship items will ship within 3 business days.

 

Made to Order and Custom items are handcrafted within 3 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the item.

 

Once your order is received, you will receive an email with the estimated shipping date.

 

If you need an item sooner, please contact me, and depending on my workload, I may be able to put a rush on your order.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct.  Buyer is responsible for re-shipping any item returned to me due to insufficient/incorrect, etc. address.

Custom Orders

Custom order requests are always welcome! Custom orders may have a lengthier processing time.  Please contact me for a quote.

 

Domestic Shipping

 

All domestic orders ship via USPS first class or Priority Mail. Tracking and insurance are included.

 

Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with shipment tracking information.

 

International Shipping

 

International orders ship USPS International First Class. Tracking and insurance are not available for international orders.

 

The Purse Co. is not responsible for any customs/duty/taxes and/or brokerage fees as required by your country. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

 

Please note, I will not mark international orders as a gift.

 

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

 

All sales are final for all made to order, custom and/or customized items, as well as personalized items.

 

I am happy to accept returns or exchanges on ready to ship items.

 

If you need to return or exchange an item please contact me immediately to receive details where to send the item back.

 

The item must be received by me within 7 days of original delivery. Please ship item back in its original (or similar) packaging.

 

The item must be in its original, unused condition (blemish free and odor free) with all tags attached in order for me to proceed with the return or exchange. Please include a copy of your receipt.

 

If the item has been used and not in resalable condition, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

 

For your protection, please get tracking information and insurance when sending an item back, and email the tracking number to The Purse Co. within 12 hours of shipping the item back. Items damaged or lost in transit are not eligible for a refund if they are not insured.

 

If you are returning the item for a refund, a refund of the purchase price will be given in the form of the original payment once the item has been received and inspected by The Purse Co. Buyer pays original and return shipping. Refunds will be given on purchase price only.

 

If you are returning an item for an exchange, please allow 3 to 15 business days for me to handcraft your new item. Buyer pays original, return, and new shipping.

 

Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange or return.

 

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

 

The item you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product being 100% handmade to order.

 

All items are handmade by me using top grain leather. Please note, items made with genuine leather occasionally have natural markings such as subtle color variations, natural blemishes and/or scars, etc. These natural markings are a sign of high-quality leather and add character to each piece.
